Ullman Sails Florida has taken COVID-19 precautions for the safety and well-being of our staff, customers, and the Florida sailing community as a whole very seriously. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are pleased to offer a clean and secure 24/7 contactless sail drop-off and pick-up solution.
This innovative approach allows COVID-19 conscious customers along with any customers who require a flexible schedule the ability to drop off or pick up sails on their own schedule.
How Does It Work? Customers may acquire a unique one-time password prior to arrival which grants access to the secure drop-off room. Simply contact Ullman Sails Florida by phone, email, WhatsApp business, or social media. Alternatively, upon arrival, we can remotely grant access or issue a unique one-time password on demand. Upon sail repair completion and payment of invoice, customers will be issued a new unique one-time password where they can return for 24/7 pickup.
Is It Safe And Reliable? Our drop-off room and the entire commercial property inside and out are under-recorded video surveillance. We have the ability to view and communicate live with our customers from outside and inside the drop-off room. This is both a security feature as well as an operational feature to help navigate the customer through the process. We offer a ‘pigeon hole’ shelving for your sail, a desk, and stationary to tag your sail with all your personal credentials along with any notes to the sailmaker.
